The vault will take tBTC as collateral on Arbitrum and utilize it in DeFi to generate yield. - The vault aims to deposit collateral on Nerite protocol and borrow USND, dynamically managing liquidation risk, redemption risk and optimise yield generation. - USND can be provided within Nerite stability pools or in other protocols which have integrated the stablecoin to earn yield. - During periods where market conditions are not favorable for the core USND strategy (such as when capacity within the Nerite ecosystem is a constraint), the strategy can also utilize the collateral within the broader DeFi landscape on Arbitrum to earn yield. - Yield earned is periodically rebalanced back to tBTC.
